Healing

Your healing
isn't mine to prescribe.

Nobody heals the same way twice, let alone the same way as someone else. This page isn't a plan. It's an invitation to actually turn inward.

Most of what gets called "healing" online is really just comparison wearing a calmer outfit. Someone else's morning routine, someone else's breakthrough, someone else's before-and-after.

I don't think that's it. I think healing has almost nothing to do with anyone else — including me. It's not related to others. It's related to your inner self, and the parts of it you haven't sat still long enough to actually hear yet.

Everybody already has their own way to heal. Not a way I hand you, not a way you copy from a video — one that's already in you, waiting on the other side of enough quiet.

What I share here — the moments, the mistakes, the roads I've taken — isn't a method. It's just proof that turning inward is possible, and worth doing. What you do with your own quiet is yours to find.

A few things worth sitting with

Peace was never lost

You didn't misplace it somewhere out there. It's underneath the noise, not beyond it. Quiet down, and it's usually still right where you left it.

Stop auditioning your healing

It doesn't need to look impressive, fast, or visible to anyone else. Slow and invisible still counts.

You are the source, not the student

You're not waiting to be taught how to heal. You're waiting to stop drowning out what you already know.

For mental health professionals

If you're a psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor —

I'm not a clinician, and this isn't a clinical service. But I'd like to build something around honest healing with people who actually are qualified to guide it. If that's you, and volunteering your time or expertise interests you, I'd like to talk.
